Warning maybe TMI! This will be quite the blog post given I don't know any of you. I have been doing great with my working out and portion control I am losing the weight and feeling great! I thought maybe all this had an affect on AF coming to visit because she is about three days late. I have only been late twice both times I was pregnant(ending in miscarriages). So I ran to the store this morning and bought a couple tests...BFP!! While this is unplanned it is not unwanted! But like really? I was losing weight and feeling great! I started running and enjoying it....I am not a runner so that's amazing. I now feel like all that has to stop and I'm afraid for it too, because we all know how hard it is to get back on the wagon! And all the stress that was just put on my plate because of a blue plus sign! Please don't get me wrong I am excited because I have always wanted to be a mom I just thought it would be different. So I need to work out a plan because while I don't want to do any harm to my baby I also want to be the best me for my baby! So here is my tentative plan...
1. Find a Dr. this is proving really hard in my area!
2. Continue what I've been doing modifying when I need to
3. Not eating more than normal(for right now)
4. Find new coping skills when it comes to stress!
5. Be happy
