Beck Day 28 Weigh in and 5% Weight Loss Challenge Update

I did this a little out of order as I wasn't going to be able to weigh in till this morning. Dr. Beck reminds us that the scale and the number it shows is just that - a number. Many things can affect the number on any given day. Hormones, sodium levels, time of day, bowels etc. can all play a part. All the choices good and otherwise were made before weigh in day. Weigh in is about getting confirmation OVER TIME that the plan I am on is working. If I have honestly been staying on plan and I have unexpected results, again over time, then I know that I need to tweak my plan. When I started on Spark I lost weight the first few weeks and then everything stopped. After a couple of weeks with no results and then a gain of 5 lbs I checked my plan. Not sure what I did wrong when I set things up but I was in a 1500-1800 calorie range. Once I recalculated the range showed up as 1200-1550 calories.
