Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I got to the gym and hopped on the Spin Bike.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, I took another rest day.
Wednesday, I got to the Cycle class.
Thursday, I took a rest day.
Friday, I did my swim lesson.
Saturday, I did the Cycle and Body Pump classes.
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FIVE (5) days a week- I ate over range Tuesday and Thursday - Saturday.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week- I missed the mark on Monday and Wednesday.
- 1 weekly swim lesson-
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week-
- For accountability, today's weight: 144 lbs Up another lb. ***sigh***
- Eat within my calorie range FOUR (4) days a week
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week
- 1 weekly swim lesson
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week (I think I'll be lucky if I get 2 days a week)
