So my neighbor is trying to get me to do some diet pill to help lose weight. She has lost almost 14 pounds in eight days. I just don't feel like that is safe or what it will do to your body in the long run. I've lost and gained weight without any pills before. Yes it is harder but the pay off steam so much richer in the long run! Most of all I believe the last self so it made it easier. Kept positive, hung around positive remarks. So why is it this time I'm starting over. I'm having such a hard time getting started, are used to walk a lot now that I am out of shape I haven't walked for a while. But I feel like that is the easiest exercise for me so I need to start walking more! Good luck to me and everyone else👏
