March Review of my goals.

My goals for the month of March were
Walk 10000 steps a day.
Eat within my calorie range
Exercise daily with Sunday as rest day.
Goals accomplished were
Walked an average of 21944 steps per day
Ate within my calories range had to up my calories to reach that goal
Rested every Sunday
March Fit Bit totals:
Calories burned 84,859 exercising
Pounds lost 13.7 which was an added bonus.
So I had a very good March.
Now on to April and new challenges in my life.
