Well once again i have put back on the weight that i lost. It a Vicious Circle indeed. Down 6 up 4 down 3 up 5. I'm treading water and not getting any closer to my goal. I need to find a way to stay motivated... to stay on track... to fight my cravings for pizza and pastries. I have my workouts down but i cant out workout my bad eatting and its getting me no where fast. So on this day April 1, 2017 i am once again starting with a weight of 176.. cause i have not failed until i stop trying.
