My Challenge Reasons to Lose Weight and to Exercise

1- I want to see my grandchildren grow up and play with them now and their children then without being out of breath.
2 - I want to lower my blood sugars and maybe get off of some of my medications.
3 - I want to just walk up those stairs in my building without feeling Iike I'm dragging 100 pounds up the stairs.
4 - I want to fit in the clothes hanging in my closet that has been there for over a year.
5 - I want to be able to lift things other people my age can lift and maybe get some muscles in my arms and abs.
6 - To hear family members tell me I look great and ask me how I did it.
7 - To keep me from having a heart attack or stroke.
8 - To have more energy
9 - I want to look good in my clothes and a bathing suit without having this belly sticking out
10 - To share these accomplishments with the people on SparkPeople and dance through the rest of my life!
