Clean Eating Update - Day 13

So I'm smack dab in the middle of the 4-week Mostly Clean Meal Plan, and I'm actually shocked how well it's been going. I started this challenge for myself on March 19th and I weighed 176.6 lbs. My original goal weight was 160 lbs, but I've been fluctuating between 165-175 for the last 2 years. This morning, on day 13, I weighed 169.0. What's extra surprising is I lost this week despite it being my ovulation time. My weight is usually UP surrounding my ovulation, which means it should continue to go down pretty steadily over the next week, week and a half as I approach my TOM.
Looks like this plan will get me solidly back into my original maintenance range, which would be fabulous. The really surprising part is that I haven't been going crazy with snacking. My highest day was 2235 which is maintenance. I'm still working out 6 days a week. I've been a bit tired, but a lot of that is I've got a lot on my plate right now with my job, my makeup side business and my blogging.
What really shocks me is how little I WANT processed foods. I chose to eat yogurt with fruit. Or some fruit and nuts. I'm eating lots of fruit like apples, grapes, berries and pineapple. All good stuff!
I also haven't had a soda since I started! I did have a Powerade Zero, and I've been drinking flavored seltzer, but no Coke Zero. It's WEIRD! So all's well, but I highly doubt I'll lose 7 more lbs in the next 2 weeks (BUT I WON'T COMPLAIN IF I DO!)
The video is of some kettlebell exercises I did during an Advanced Kettlebell workout this morning. Not easy, but fun!
