Did it again!

I did it again, I ran 20 minutes straight. Today was a little harder. There were more people walking at the reservoir and I tend to run faster to stay out of their way. I also tend to get a little competitive when people are running or walking ahead or behind me. There were less people around on Saturday. I feel great. If I continue like this, running 20 minutes straight every other day, I may be able to increase my minutes by the middle of next week. ALL RIGHT!
