Down 55 lbs! Massive Update....

Thursday, March 30, 2017

Ok here's the deal between Thanksgiving and March 3rd I was struggling. The Holidays put me way off my target....Eating and parties became the norm, and when there were no parties I wasn't as vigilant to really get serious.

The End of Nov...Thanksgiving...Holiday parties and Christmas....parties and new years....Then off to Panama ....vacation means let's have some more wine.. emoticon .and ooooohhhh this is new....I think I might try that....Then Feb my friend came to Costa Rica for 3 weeks....What do friends do? Drink wine and go out to eat....We went to the beach and had a great time looking at all the sights...and hey a free breakfast SURE!

My friend left March 3rd and I got on the scale...oh boy damage control! I took action I joined our local gym, got a personal trainer, and started attending Zumba, Cardio Dance, Spinning and Hot Legs classes...whoa at 64 I gotta say I am keeping up with the young ladies hehehehe...

To really jump start my focus I did a 4 day Master Cleanse! It was awesome I had energy and exercised a ton with no problem. So in one month I lost 10 lbs and now I feel like I am back on track! Go Nan!

Next month I head to Seattle. My kids haven't seen me since Oct. and I am down another 25lbs, so that will be a treat to see their faces. I am looking forward to my visit. emoticon

So that's my story and stickin to it....Have a wonderful day in the Spark neighborhood.
Spark out..... emoticon
