Tracking: the best tool

Tracking is the best tool there is for getting back to where I should be.
Recording every bite that goes into my mouth eliminates all possible forms of self-deception.
I can't forget what I ate earlier.
I can't underestimate the number of calories I am taking in.
I can't kid myself about how much I am eating.
Tracking keeps the reality of my eating right in front of me every day.
I am forced to look carefully at the portion size.
I am forced to see exactly how many calories are consumed.
There is no forgetting or overlooking any foods.
My head is now clearly up out of the sand and I am viewing the food world with both eyes open.
It's called being in control!
