I just Love Dr. Berg...He has helped me to Understand so much about Health and Hormones and Body Types...I want to share him with you too...He is so knowledgeable...He can teach you something new....I'm sure of it. I just discovered he has a site...(by accident). I have been watching his videos on youtube...This is a great resource...I hope you'll Learn from this click as well.     There is a gap in losing weight or being healthy because people rely on fad diets that elimate groups of foods their body needs.
