New group

I have been to tne new weight loss group today but unfortunately the scales were not working, I did weigh myself yesterday and I had lost 3 pounds, I am very pleased with that and just need to keep it up.
I had plenty of exercise as went swimming twice, gym once, 2 walks plus everyday activies like going to the shops and gardening.
I am determined to lose that extra weight, be healthy and be positive.
