Change vs Improve

Tuesday, March 28, 2017

I found that in my communications the message is best sent if the word IMPROVE is used in place of the work Change.

Change con-notates we could be losing something. Many people resist change. If we state it as improve however, it still gets us the same result. But we all want to IMPROVE .

I found while working that if I told a group of people in a meeting we were going to IMPROVE something, there was a lot of positive energy. It was not so if the same message was sent and it was stated we were going to change a few things.
