Jake sent me the workouts for the week so I am muddling through them. This is today's list. Kinda not the same without my friends to complain to loudly the whole time. :) Definitely going over on calories but trying to offset the damage with exercise a bit.

    That's what I try to do!!! Off set with exercise usually helps!!
