Been a long time sinc I've been on here

Well so much has changed since I was here last.
Went from 265 to 224 back to 263 am down to 251.
Walking 60 minutes a day and using total gym. Total gym doing squats and arm exercises with weights for 17 minutes then 3 minutes of crunches daily.
No more eating OUT.
WATER & Yes, Teas. (Big change for me)
Am in my last semester at school.
Going to lose weight
Start my own business
Go to Europe
Get a divorce
