Well, I have been enjoying retirement now for almost a year. The upside is having time and energy to do things I would like to do, which I have been taking full advantage of. The downside is .... access to food all day and choosing to eat out with friends more often. I am finding myself getting thicker around my middle and softer everywhere because one thing I have not disciplined myself to do is get regular exercise.

It's time to get back into the rhythm of logging food and exercise so I can get a realistic view of what I am doing with my diet and exercise programs and make the necessary tweaks and stay accountable.
