Getting Armed for After-Work...

I've tracked well today, yet I can foresee an ugly ending to my Monday: stress, hunger, reaching for anything, figuring "What the heck?" and indulging in any and every food in the kitchen.

I will not let this happen.

The Plan:

4:00 Arrive home. Have a pork chop as a snack. (No, this is not normal, but I baked them last night!) Make a cup of tea.

5:00 Dinner with the kids. I get the rest of the pork with salad: tomato, cuke, greens...

7:00 Taekwondo class. Must go. Must go.

8:30 Home. Shower. Snack based on where nutrition tracker is short.

No chips. No junk. No processed, pre-packaged snacks.
