Gym day 2 and packing

A good start to the week! I made it to the gym this morning despite not wanting to go (I guess that's why it helps to have a gym buddy, right? She helped motivate me!) Once I got there, I was fine. I did 6 jogging intervals on the treadmill with walking in between, and worked up quite a sweat, then I used the hydromassage bed. I am doing just enough (not too much) each time I visit the gym, so that it is enjoyable but still challenging, and I don't feel like I got hit by a train the next day. I want it to become a long-term habit, and I can do that if I start slowly.
For lunch I went to a local restaurant and got a quinoa kale tabouli salad with chicken and iced green tea :)
I'm going to start going through my clothes today and getting rid of the ones I haven't worn in years... then I'll start packing the ones I -do- want to keep into boxes to prepare for the move. I don't know if your closet is like mine, but there are just SO MANY Things I never wear in there, so why do I keep them? This is going to be an exercise in letting go.
