Why Not?

I like to walk to the park? Why do I not walk there more frequently? Well usually I intend to do it in the evening and either I forget or something supersedes that intention.

I have just decided that a 20 minute walk requires an hour of commitment by the time I shower and change clothes.

What am I doing with that hour when I am not making the fitness commitment? Many times I have spent that hour doing things that have little immediate impact or have no long term positive benefits. So I know I need to just do my walk in the morning.

This time next year, I'll be thanking myself.
