I am proud of myself. Have been weighing and measuring my food and journaling. I have seen a drop in the scale, but not getting excited. Scales are just a number when I see the difference in my clothes that is when I will get excited. Last night had an awesome meal for myself. A 3 oz piece of Salmon, 1/2 Cup canned corn with no sodium, 2 cups of sliced carrots. Simple but tasty. Tonight I bought 2 cans Tuna low in sodium 35 mg and will make it with onions, celery and light may. Will serve it on Romaine Lettuce Leaves. I know I can do this, did it before, just had to get motivated and re -focus my mind set.
