Here I am once again! I have removed 20 lbs of fat in the past 11 Months! I am part of a challenge group with meal plan and workout plans and a great Community! I slipped up a bit on my first challenge But still shed 10 lbs and kept it Off! I did not exercise but that is changing now! I want muscle and strength! My goal is regular push-ups, chin ups, pull ups, and I will be running my first 5K this June! I turned 45 in January...I want the next 50 years to be my healthiest years!
