Again

Here I am once again! I have removed 20 lbs of fat in the past 11 Months! I am part of a challenge group with meal plan and workout plans and a great Community! I slipped up a bit on my first challenge But still shed 10 lbs and kept it Off! I did not exercise but that is changing now! I want muscle and strength! My goal is regular push-ups, chin ups, pull ups, and I will be running my first 5K this June! I turned 45 in January...I want the next 50 years to be my healthiest years!

    You are not giving up and continue to do fat busting activities. You are someone who wants to achieve results even if it is a struggle. I have some of the same difficulties and I keep working at it. Some days are better than others. Here's to not giving up on ourselves.
