Going to the gym

I've been going to the gym everyday for the past three weeks. I'm following Lee Labrada's 12-week lean body makeover workout schedule and am slowly losing weight. I've cut out sugary foods (which I love) and am eating more protein and veggies. I'm tracking all of this using Sparkpeople.
I found Lee Labrada's workout on bodybuilding.com because I wanted to find a consistent program to lift weights. What this program has given me is confidence that it will work and it is working for me. I started at 390 pounds and have dropped to 382.6 pounds over the course of three weeks.
I feel the foods I'm eating and the exercises I'm doing are working to lower my weight and it is all doable. Check out bodybuilding.com for yourself and see which program or programs might help you stay steady and get your butt to the gym on a consistent basis.
I track my workouts on bodyspace.com which sends me a reminder as to which workout day it is and which exercises to do...all of this keeps me on track. Check it out.
