Fatuma's Tower here I come

I have gotten my leave approved and booked my mini vacation. On 9th of April I will be heading to Lamu for 3 days of relaxation. It is a yoga retreat with 1 free yoga session every afternoon. Am so exited. Have not done proper yoga before. But I do feel like I need real relaxation. This place is a restored harem building, named after the woman who lived there more than 100 years ago. Looks so beautiful with lush gardens near the ocean.

    How cool! That's sounds wonderful. You'll have to let us know how it was. You know April 9th is not far away. I'm excited for you. I'm going to start doing chair yoga at the rec center hubby and I go to. Someday I want to be able to do a regular yoga class.
