These past two weeks

Thursday, March 23, 2017

Last week I didn't have to babysit because my cousin and her husband took the week off of work to have family week. The previous week my cousins husband lost his father to cancer. With all that free time I did nothing. I didn't go to the gym or exercise here at home.

This week the eldest (almost 4) was sick so my cousin took off work and got sick herself. So that is 2 weeks with a lot of free time. I also did nothing this week. I will say this though. This week my stomach has been acting up and I've felt drained ALL WEEK, since early Sunday. Today I kept falling asleep in the couch. Right now it feels like midnight and not 8:30.

Something that I did do this week was go through pinterest (pins by spotebi so all the pics are the same style) and copy and paste exercises to a document and put them in groups. I want to print it out and pin it on a board to organize it better. Im a visual person so I need to see the picture of the exercise, not just the name.

I hope to head to bed here soon so I'm able to stay up tomorrow morning. Since nothing has gotten done this week tomorrow is going to be full of housework. I would love to make it to the gym sometime over the next 3 days.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling so hot. It's hard to work out when you're sick! You're definitley on the right track with the exercises, though. I'm the same way, need it in my face. Good luck!

Getting your exercises where you can see them could help give you motivation. Keep going & you will feel better, but if don't, might be worth getting check up. That's how they discovered my lack of energy is a real problem.
