It is true, it takes the stomach 20 minutes to realize that it is full.
What I have done and still do, is have a timer by my food and set it for 20 minutes. I tend to eat too fast and can eat and eat and never get full. This system really works for me. I am the type of person that never feels full or can taste the foods. I could eat a large pizza all by myself, but now with the timer, I find that I cannot do that anymore and that is a good thing.
