Things are continually busy around here! I am still doing very well and losing weight. I am down over 150 pounds now!! I am still getting plenty of exercise, but I really need to do some serious muscle building.

    Try some of the exercises with weights here on sparks.
    Your doing great it takes the body time to catch up.

    It happens to everyone as they lose especially when you lose fast.
