First day at new gym

I took the advice of other Sparkers and I didn't push myself too hard. I did a brief warm up on the elliptical (phew that thing is hard), and then I used 3 weight machines -- leg press, chest press, and lat pull down for two sets of 10-12... and then I did the treadmill with short jogging intervals mixed with walking for the rest of the workout. Best of all -- even though I wasn't a member yet, they let me use the hydromassage bed after my workout. It was AHHHMAZING and it really made my muscles feel better! My friend was excited to see me and we chatted while on the treadmills and in the locker room :) We agreed to keep each other accountable and coming back!
I'm planning to do three days, M, W, F with strength training on two days. Optionally, I might go for a hike one of these days if my friend is working.
I'm super proud of myself for overcoming my anxiety and going :) Tomorrow I will go again!
