We need to think of Spring like this; Out With the Old and In With the NEW!!
what do I mean you may ask!
Well it's simple. When loosing weight we have or need to kick old habits, right. well think of it like Spring. When fall is in the air the everything changes and dies for the new season to come. Why dont we think of it like that.
Now that Spring is here we take the old Fall habits and kick them under the curb to grow a new beginning. That my friends is that WE are the new beginning of a new chapter in Life called Spring. I dont mean to confuse if i did. Just take a second a look at how the time changes our season come and go. Just like our weight loss journey. It is only up to use to continue what we are doing. The seasons are here reguardless; but our bodies and lifestyles is completely up to us.
