I made it through Tuesday. I was so tired yesterday, I went home and sat on the couch. Then I remembered I had not completed my steps so I was walking about my place like a mad person. I want to save my rest day for Sunday's when I don't do much at all but relax. We are now down to 712 people as of this morning. I'm still going strong! Today my goal is to walk my "stretch" day, 10881 steps. I did weigh in this morning too and I have three more pounds to go until I reach my "goal" weight. I need to check the end date for the diet bet.
I've been eating pretty healthy the last week. I don't know if I could go vegetarian though. All I wanted last night for supper was a good piece of meat. I ended up making a chicken breast on the stove. It was really good and it satisfied me. :)
I have my physical here next month so I'll have him check my blood work. I know I've been Vitamin D deficient in the past, we just don't get a lot of sunshine up here in the winter! I hope that the weather starts to get a little nicer out now that we are in the middle of March. Last year I would sit outside in the sun for about ten minutes a day when I got home from work. Just to soak up some rays, that really seemed to help my mood. This past fall / winter I felt just down and out. It's never been like that before. I was going to invest in a sunlamp but decided that I would tough it out and get some other bills paid off before.
