A new challenge

Monday, March 20, 2017

Well today I finished the fiber full challenge and started a new one, the plateau busting challenge. For the past month, I learned how to get the right amount of fiber into me, but for the past three weeks, I reached my first plateau. When I joined SP, I quickly lost 9 lb. But no movement for the past few weeks, although I have increased my level of activity. And so I decided to carry on and to learn how to bust the plateau, as I foresee that this will happen so once in a while through my journey.

I really love these challenges. It gives me a daily purpose towards my goal. It fills my brain with knowledge that I never had, even if I followed other programs before. And so, by understanding better, I guess I have a better chance at succeeding. It pushes me to not give up and to keep going, even if I have occasional relapses on nutrition or fitness. I learn from these experiences and I become better at sparking.

This site carries its name really well. It really sparked something in me, the desire to be healthier, through my own actions.
