300 - the number of days I have been logging in to SparkPeople. I think this is the longest I ever stuck with any sort of health, fitness, lifestyle plan. I'm seeing results. Slowly now and I have been losing/gaining the same 2-3 pounds for a while. But not to be discouraged!
I know what I need to do to and what I have to work on. I know I can do it.
