"I Am Proud Of Me" Keep Going

My healthy hint is to keep going: My weight loss has been on hold for far too long what I have learn the scale isn’t the only thing. I’m doing sometime by looking beyond the scale two and ½ years ago I would not have pick up a kettlebell or dumbbells I do now, I would not have walk 5 miles in one day I do now. Tracking my food was totally out of the question but I do now. I drink plenty of water every day, my clothes fit with room to spare, I have more energy to do the things I love, I feel good about myself, the main reason is I will never give up on me no matter how long it take I will keep going.

I find this on one of spark article I copy and paste it here and also printed it out and put it on my fridge. I get a chance every day to weed out negative thoughts and the more I learn to do that beautiful thoughts can only form and grow to last a lifetime.
