Fast Food Plan!

Thanks to the helpful suggestions on my previous blog, I've decided not to demonize fast food, but to simply make a list of *allowed* meals that I can get from fast food places near me and not have it be a cheat meal.

Now obviously most of these foods are not my *First Choice*, and they have a lot of sodium, but no diet is perfect, and having a plan in place makes me feel safe and like I can handle things a little bit easier, without feeling deprived.
