Bought this book today

I saw that a few of you were talking about this book a while ago. The things people were saying made sense, so I treated myself to a copy. (I wanted to buy the Sparkpeople book, but alas, no copies available at the local bookstore). Maybe I'll save that one for my -20 celebration whenever I get there. Anyhow, just from a quick glance I wish I had this book the last time I dropped a lot of weight. This book seems to address all aspects of weight loss including your self perception. ( Raise your hands if you've lost a lot of weight and still see a fat person). Anyhow, the way I see it, the more tools the better. I think I'll work through the book and post updates as I go along. Hopefully, it will help me off this little plateau that is entirely my fault. Have a great weekend and keep on sparking!
