Team members will work towards losing 5% of their starting weight in 8 weeks by participating in team challenges that focus on exercise & healthy lifestyle habits. Let's have fun, make new friends and get in shape!

14 individual teams will compete against each other in exercise minutes, healthy habits and weight loss. There is also a race to fascinating places. Every exercise minute counts as 1 air mile, so the teams race to earn the first three spots by landing their virtual plane.
