Plan for tomorrow - Beck Day 14

When I started SparkPeople I went back to an old habit of planning the weeks meals in advance before going shopping. Once I realized that my macros were way off I started to plan my meals a day in advance to sort that out. This definitely works well for me and will without question be my normal way of doing things.
At the moment however we are in Vancouver and at the mercy of doctor and hospital schedules for the few weeks. I am also staying with my sister and her family which also complicates things a bit. So I am modifying this to adapt it to my present situation.
Breakfast I have complete control over and will plan that each day. Lunch and dinner I will plan a calorie range and then fill in a plan as soon as I can. Some days that will be while reading the menu before or as we go for a meal if we are out. At my sister's I will be able to plan a bit more in advance once I know what she has planned. Luckily for me they are very healthy eaters and their menus will fit into my plan easily. I may need to tweak it here and there but for the most part it will just require portion control to stay in my range.
I am glad that I have done advance meal planning before and can use what I have learned this month when adjustments are necessary.
