Once Again Smiling at the Scale!

My almost 8 years of maintenance have had their ups and downs, but I'm pretty happy with where I am right now. In fact I hit the lowest weight I've weighed in a year and a half, 125.6. I like this weight a great deal. I feel good. I feel strong. I feel lean. Of course, I am a perfectionist and would like a little tighter stomach area, but really I know this is about as good as it gets as far as the weight goes.

My focus is shifting from weight loss to maintenance for the first time in 3 months, working on strength/physical therapy while maintaining my running cardio and muscles. I would like to see a much tighter maintenance range, far less fluctuation. Can I do it? Time will tell. I have a good history of hitting goals once I set my mind to it -- not every time, but often. New goal: maintenance within 1% trending weight. Realistically, first I need to get my trending weight down to my actual weight so I am not adding much food right now.
