Adding Exercise & Strength Training into my day....

The 2nd week of the A & I Team's BSG Challenge is to share how I incorporate Strength Training into my Exercise Routine & if I prefer to exercise with or without weights.

For me my exercise is pretty limited to walking on my breaks at work. With working 8-9 our days at the office + being a Pastor's wife with duties involved + having Mom in Rehab following surgery + raising our 19 month old granddaughter at this time, I just simply have little to no time for long periods of exercise so I break up throughout the day.
I don't own any exercise equipment & although I'd love to go to the gym, there just isn't anytime in my day to schedule a gym workout.
I do however like to Lunges, Squats, Leg Lifts & Wall Pushups during the day. While I'm waiting by the Fax Machine & when I go for restroom breaks, I can do this without a lot of interruption & it seems to wake up the muscles after sitting for periods of time & staring at a computer screen.

Remember to stay focused & do what you can EACH DAY. Little becomes MUCH.
