Day 22 of 100 Days of Gratitude

I'm gradually (and I DO mean gradually) realizing that even though I feel like I'm gonna croak during the first 10-15 min of a bike ride that IF I keep biking and don't give up, I will soon feel much better. And near the end, I'll start to play my personal game of "Oh, I'm sooooo close to that next mile, I'll just keep going until I get there." And then I'll feel I could m-a-y-b-e do 1 more mile. Etc. And then I'll check my calorie burn and realize "Oh my gosh...t's only another 20 calories to get to a really sweet, high calorie burn"...and I'll keep going. It's a silly game, but it works. And I'll grateful that it's motivating to me to get that tracker up to the next notch.
