Stretch and Roll

So that was the doctors instructions. I had watched a couple videos on stretching and I am trying to do the piriformis stretches 3 times a day. Once more seriously and a more cursory job a couple of other times.
I am also rolling daily. I find the foam roller to be pretty annoying. It takes a bit of work to get the right parts of my body to roll on that thing.
They show pics but really don't explain well how to make it happen.
I am feeling a little less pain, a little less of the time. I guess that would be progress.
Slower then I would like.
I have to say this has all been a good reminder of the importance of stretching. I even stretched upper body at the gym today. YEAH me.

    I've had piriformis issues as well. Use both roller and exercises. Youtube has some videos that may help. Also there are demos and videos on this site for hip flexors and such that help. I find the superman to help a great deal. Easy to do.
