Stretch and Roll

So that was the doctors instructions. I had watched a couple videos on stretching and I am trying to do the piriformis stretches 3 times a day. Once more seriously and a more cursory job a couple of other times.
I am also rolling daily. I find the foam roller to be pretty annoying. It takes a bit of work to get the right parts of my body to roll on that thing.
They show pics but really don't explain well how to make it happen.
I am feeling a little less pain, a little less of the time. I guess that would be progress.
Slower then I would like.
I have to say this has all been a good reminder of the importance of stretching. I even stretched upper body at the gym today. YEAH me.
