Day 20 of 100 Days of Gratitude

Laughter: belly laughs, tears-falling-down-your-cheeks laughs, almost-falling-off-your-chair laughs. That's my favorite "exercise". I was exhausted!
We attended a play at the community college last night. It was a "farce" which always includes raucous behavior, outlandish script, lots of doors on the set to facilitate lots of door-slamming and fast action in and out, in and out, in and out, up the stairs, down the stairs. I hope they wear fit-bits to capture all those calories burned!
One actor played the part of two identical-looking characters. Boy, that actor has brain cells to die for to play these parts without a mistake.
It was joyous to laugh ourselves silly watching this "slap-stick" story called "Flea in Her Ear."
I'm grateful for laughter!
