Spring it on... A New Start (again)

First of all, I have to admit to feeling quite frustrated with myself at the number of times I've started over. But as many have said, you only fail if you don't keep trying. So here I am ... again ... trying to tame my sweet tooth (actually, my carb tooth) and build sustainable eating habits that will keep me out of this hamster wheel of dieting.
Tracking food and exercise in Spark is a huge help to me for weight loss. I have not been doing so well with that since January, but I am back on track now! I also want to increase my chances of staying on track by adding some blogging to my routine, as well as participating in my Biggest Loser (BL) challenge team, the Tangerine Tigers (roar!!).
Of course I'm grateful for Spark, but I'm also hoping that one day, I won't need the trackers and the challenges to be a healthier version of myself. But until then, here's to our journey together!
