Day 1 - Measurement Time

I'm trying hard not to be ashamed of these measurements, and I'm sure they will be decreasing soon :) This is just the way it is for me right now. I need to learn to accept and love myself at this size if I want to make a lasting change for the better. I will be remeasuring on the first of every month to see my progress.

Neck: 18
Wrist: 7.25
Forearm: 14.25
Upper Arm: 22
Chest: 57
Under Bust: 50
Waist (biggest point): 58
Hips: 62
Thigh: 36
Calf: 21.5
Ankle: 10.75

Food today

breakfast: cheerios and milk
lunch: rice and beans with sloppy joe on top
snack: sweet potato tortilla chips and cream cheese
snack2: Cheezits
dinner: baked cod and broccoli, baked potato with sour cream and butter, tartar sauce
Total Calories (Goal 2120-2470): 2298

    I understand! but, you did it! Now you can measure your progress! The smallest changes can make huge differences.... Good for you for counting the tartar sauce and all! If you want a tip, here it is, if not, just ignore! but, maybe try either sour cream or butter on your potato instead of both. I first switched to sour cream only, then light sour cream then fat free.... Then less and less! I do measure it! I put lemon juice on fish now and skip the tartar altogether! That didn't happen overnight mind you! I first just cut back on the amount! I'm really proud of you!
