Back at it!

So I have made the gym 5 days this week, 4 of which were hour long bootcamp classes. I am pretty proud of that! My eating is still off, but that fact that I have been able to make it every day feels good. I am so grateful that I have people at the gym who encourage me and support me. I know I couldn't do that on my own.
Do you have that support to keep motivated? Are you that support for someone else?
