Back at it!

Thursday, March 09, 2017

So I have made the gym 5 days this week, 4 of which were hour long bootcamp classes. I am pretty proud of that! My eating is still off, but that fact that I have been able to make it every day feels good. I am so grateful that I have people at the gym who encourage me and support me. I know I couldn't do that on my own.

Do you have that support to keep motivated? Are you that support for someone else?

Great job on sticking to a new exercise method. I know you say this is a bootcamp effort and that's great. Also look into figuring out methods to keep more active for the long haul. Walking is the easiest. Try joining a meetup group in your area, it's fun and motivational. Start also to focus in improving your diet as it's very important. Think fresh whole foods, cut out junk and ditch the soda. Alcohol? The more completely you eliminate it the better really. High fives, you rock! emoticon
