Well, I gained 1.5 lbs this week 😣😣😣. I keep going crazy on the weekends and eating way too much. I've been fine on other weeks, but it's finally caught up with me. I need a mind reset and to focus more on being healthier.

    I have been eating to much on the weekends also! I keep thinking, once the weather improves I will be outside doing yard work all weekend and this will help! It's been a long winter!

    I also did a pantry purge. Getting rid of everything loaded with sugar. Also got rid of unhealthy snavks. Remove the temptations. If you just ate and still hungry, drink water. Be sure to go for walks too. Listen to your body. It's not always food.

    A solution may be to plan meals only on weekend. If you can, try Blue Apron or Hello Fresh just for the weekend to get you through. It costs less than eating out and portioned.
