30 minutes on the treadmill. It's not much but it's a start. I've decided to go as many days as possible after work and complete 30 minutes on the treadmill for the remainder of the month. I'm hoping each week to increase the minutes. For April I'll be looking to make other changes such as adding lifting exercises a few days a week. It's more important that i change my routine of doing norhing before I start doing more. Slow and steady wins the race.
I hate cardiovascular but I love weight lifting. Feeling strong is worth more to me than being skinny. I know I have to do both so I feel I'll have more success in rewarding myself after doing what I don't like first.
I have a lot of experience starting fitness and eating routines. I paid $2500 for a trainer for 6 months about 6 years. The knowledge is there. I'm building confidence. This has been a lifelong adult journey that started 10 years ago.
