Progress Report for February and Goals for March

February shows a lot of weight loss for me. I started the month at 177 lbs and March 1st weighed in at 167 lbs for a loss of 10 lbs. I did a pretty good job at getting in more water than I usually drink a day and for exercise I walked every day except for one day that I was sick. I've eaten under 20 net carbs every day except for two cheat days which I paid for with headaches and stomach cramps! I didn't do any strength training this past month except the last week. Overall, I'm pleased with my progress for February!

My Goals for March:
1. Drink 8 cups Water daily.
2. Walk 10+ minutes everyday.
3. Strength-Train 10+ minutes on Mon/Tues/Fri.
4. Eat no more than 20 Net-Carbs total each day.
5. Get at least 7 hrs Sleep nightly.

The hardest part of my March goals will be getting in all that water daily and strength training 3xs a week. But with perseverance, I can do it!!!
