It was good to be back doing the challenges with my A&I team in Feburary.
I did ok with my February goals
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Strive for 7- 8 hours of sleep each night
most nights, could be better
*Continue keeping my blood sugar under 130
*Adding ST to my work breaks---not so well, too sporadic
*Lose from 174 down to 170 ---only down to 172, but I'll count that 2#s lost as a success!
February was busy with juggling work, an active granddaughter we are raising for the next little while, a Valentine's Day Banquet & also planning & seeing my DD's wedding. So a 2# loss isn't so bad I guess.
March is starting out pretty intense with having my Mom in post surgery rehab & waiting on a new grandchild to arrive any day now as well as everything else LIFE throws my way. So my goals this month are:
*Continue 10 cups of water daily
*Find ways to DE-STRESS throughout the day
* Strive for 7+ hours of sleep nightly
*Getting my BS back down under 100 as it's been spiking so far this month
*Move the # on the scale from 172 to 169 & exit 170ville.
to reach this goals. Who's with me to make this a POSTIVELY, SPARKFUL month of SUCCESS??!
