The good news is that I started logging my food again today and I drank a lot of water.
The bad news is that is pretty much the only efforts I made. I didn't watch my portions. I had a piece of an extremely sugary high calorie cookie. I was over my calorie goal by lunch. I ate way too many carbs and fat. I didn't exercise.
Ok. So one problem is that we have rasin bran crunch in the house right now and that is my favorite cereal, it is kind of high in calories. That put me off on a rought start. I should stick to a poached egg or a serving of steel cut oats. Then have salad with nuts for lunch.
At any rate, I need to get back into better habits again before I start allowing myself any leeway.
I recently got a membership to the local YMCA. I actually have never even been in the building. I have some art teaching preparations to get done tomorrow but I am hoping to check it out at some point on Thursday. I was looking online and I might want to try a spin class, but I admit that I am unsure because I have never tried that before.
